ESSENTIAL OILS

THEY SHOULD HAVE A REASON TO BE IN YOUR LIFE.

Whether you’re new to essential oils or already have bottles sitting at home, we’ll help you understand what fits, what each one is useful for, and how to use what you have with purpose.

 Choose Your Starting Point

Start where you are. We'll take it from there.

NEW TO ESSENTIAL OILS

Start with the basics-without the overwhelm.

I HAVE OILS I’M NOT REALLY USING

Make what you already own more useful.

READY TO USE OILS MORE INTENTIONALLY

Understand where they fit into everyday life-and where they don't

New to Essential Oils

YOU DON’T NEED A COLLECTION.

YOU NEED A FEW THAT MAKE SENSE.

If essential oils are new to you, start small. Learn what they are, how to use them responsibly, where they can fit into everyday routines, and which ones are worth learning first.

START SIMPLE

I HAVE OILS I'M NOT REALLY USING

Start with what you already own.

THE OIL SHELF CHECK

Look at the bottles you have and ask:

1. Which ones do I actually use?

2. Which ones do I understand well enough to use confidently?

3. Which ones am I unsure what to do with?

4. Which ones fit something I actually need in my life right now?

5. Which ones are simply taking up space?

READY TO USE OILS MORE INTENTIONALLY

KNOW WHAT YOU’RE REACHING FOR — AND WHY.

Using oils with purpose isn’t about using more of them. It’s about being clear on what you’re trying to support, choosing the oil that fits, and using it in a way that makes sense for your real life.

Before you reach for a bottle, ask:

What am I trying to support right now?

Why am I choosing this oil?

How will I actually use it?

Does it belong in this routine, or am I reaching for it out of habit?

PURPOSE FIRST. BOTTLE SECOND.

YOU DON’T NEED TO USE EVERYTHING YOU OWN. YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT’S WORTH REACHING FOR.
